  • The bot is intended for educational and informational purposes, providing a tool to streamline trading activities but not serving as financial or investment advice.

4.2 Use of the Service

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use Minati Trading Bot for personal, lawful purposes.

  • All use of Minati Trading Bot must comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

4.3 User Account Responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including wallet addresses and private keys.

  • Minati cannot assist in recovering lost wallets or passwords.

  • You must notify Minati immediately of any suspected unauthorized account activity.

4.4 Transaction Visibility

  • All transactions executed using Minati Trading Bot are publicly visible on the Solana blockchain, meaning that your public wallet address may be linked to your trading activities.

4.5 Gas Fees

  • All transactions on the Solana blockchain involve gas fees, which are entirely outside Minati’s control.

  • You agree that transaction fees are non-refundable and accept that gas fees may vary.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of Minati Trading Bot is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Minati Trading Bot, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

Upon termination, you must cease all use of Minati Trading Bot immediately.
